We assess your unique needs during a discovery meeting, after this we build your proposal and present you with 2-3 package options to choose from. These packages include the right combination of services to effectively address your social media challenges.
What is the typical contract length?
All contracts begin with a 3 month commitment, after which they transition into a flexible monthly rolling contract. We provide both short-term and long-term contracts and offer discounts if clients wish to sign up long term. Our goal is to provide the flexibility you need, whether you’re looking for a month-to-month service or a longer commitment for more comprehensive support.
How does the content creation process work?
Once we finalise your package, we collaborate closely with you to understand your brand’s voice and vision. For content shoots, we can handle everything from planning and concept development to on-site filming or alternatively, if you are filming in-house, send you a shot list and script for DIY filming. After that, we’ll take care of the editing to ensure your content is polished and ready to share.
